Welcome back. How did you get on yesterday? Did you manage to get in some running/jogging? I hope so. If not, well lets try again today. Today is where you really focus on running/jogging as part of your 30 min of ‘me time’. I want you to push your body and get it to run, even if its for a short time. How fast you run/jog is irrelevant. Its about getting the run/jog done today. Enjoy it and embrace it too.
Day Twenty One – 30 min walk/jog/run. Today is about getting some running/jogging in. Start with a walk and when you feel ready break into a jog/run. When you feel you have run/jogged for long enought bring it back down to a walk. Try and get as much running/jogging in as you can, but don’t force it too much. Remember your posture, especially when you start your run/jog. Keep your body upright and enjoy it. Most important of all – smile.
