30 Day Challenge #3 – Day Twenty…

30 Day ChallengeOnly 10 days left!  Wow, that seems to have gone really quickly.  I hope you are enjoying taking on this challenge as much as I am enjoying setting it?  Anyway, we are now going to step it up another notch.  Today we are going to start running/jogging.  Don’t panic, you won’t be doing it for the 30 min, but I do want you to try and do as much as you can.  Remember, every minute is an improvement.  Try not to panic and if you are not ready for running/jogging yet don’t worry.  Stick with the walk/power walk.  However, I do want you to try and push through your comfort zone and stretch yourself a little, even if it is only for 1 min.

Day Twenty – 30 min power walk/jog/walk.  Today I want you to start of with power walking.  When and if you feel like it, try to run/jog for a little bit.  When you have had your dose of runnning/jogging, revert to a walk until you feel ready to power walk again.  Get your breath back and when you can go back to power walking.  If you don’t fancy running/jogging just yet then stick with 30 min of power walking.  You can do this, you just have to trust yourself.
