Hello again. So how was yesterday? Did you choose walking or power walking? More importantly how was it making the choice for yourself? I hope that you are happy with the choice that you made and well done for whichever way you chose – you made a choice and that choice was to exercise. Today, I am going to choose for you – opposite from yesterday. If you walked yesterday, today you power walk. If you power walked yesterday, today you walk. So in actual fact, you are making today’s choice from the choice you made yesterday. Always remember this – the choices we make could and undoubtedly will have an affect on what is in the future. You have been making a choice for the past seventeen days to follow this journey. The postive affect that it will have is brilliant. Keep up with the postive choices.
Day Eighteen – 30 min walk or power walk. Keep up with the good work and remember to focus throughout your 30 min of ‘me time’. Enjoy the walk/power walk and remember how much benefit you are getting from it.
