Welcome back. Today is back to power walking and we are aiming to go as far as we can within the 30 min. I suggest that, if possible, you use an out and back route. I would power walk for 16-17 min, turn around and try and get back in the remaining 13-14 min. This will really get you pumped on the way back, but remember – no running! This type of training will get you to really start getting the heart rate pumping as you go. Remember to power walk well on the way out, but even harder on the way back – enjoy.
Day Sixteen – 30 min Power Walk. Try and use a route where you go out/back. Push yourself on the way out and push even harder on the way home. Give yourself that extra minute or so on the way out and try to catch back up on your time on the way home. If you don’t make it not to worry. I want you to make a note of where you turned around and also, what time you turned around (make sure it is over 15 min before you turn). Remember as always – Posture!!
