Welcome back. I hope you are feeling good and are ready for another 30 min of ‘me time’? Let me explain a little more about ‘me time’. This is the time of the day where you focus on yourself. No, it’s not selfish; you are entitled to concentrate on yourself from time to time. This 30 min is exactly that. Time for you to concentrate on yourself. Time for you to improve yourself through the medium of exercise. Time for you to concentrate on what you are doing and what benefits you are getting. It’s not time to think about anything else. There are plenty more minutes in the day to worry about other stuff. So make sure that during these 30 min of exercise, or ‘me time’, you really do concentrate on yourself and what you are trying to achieve.
Day Eleven – 30 min walk/power walk. I want you to go back to walking and power walking today. Remember back to when we last did this and I asked you to try and remember how much time was spent power walking. Today I want you to try and improve on the amount of power walking that you do. However, I still want you to take some of the time for walking. Remember your posture and also, remember to stay focused and present.
