Wow, we’re a third of the way through this challenge already! How do you feel? Good I hope. You are well on the way to starting this 30 min of exercise each day becoming a habit, but don’t get too complacent as you still have some work to do yet. I hope that you are still enjoying this journey and I really hope that you are beginning to feel some benefit to it? Anyway, day ten is here so it’s time to exercise!
Day Ten – 30 min power walk. Back to power walking today. I want you to try and cast your mind back to your last power walk and remember how you felt. When you go out today, see if you feel any different. See if you can start to feel the physiological benefits of this 30 min of exercise. Hopefully you will feel some differences. As always, make sure you have good posture and stay in the present whilst you are out on your walk.
