Start of week two! No let up on the 30 min of exercising, so lets get on with this one!!
Day Eight – 30 min power walk. Nice and simple. Stick to your power walking pace as you did yesterday. Nothing too pacey, but remember, keep your posture. Just because you are walking faster than your normal walking pace does not mean that you have to forget how your posture is when you walk faster. Hope the weather is as nice with you as it is here.
