Day Seven? Already? Wow, that week went quickly!
Anyway, I hope that you are enjoying this challenge and I also hope that you are beginning to feel some real benefit from exercising for 30 min each day. I also hope that this is starting to become a major part of your day. The part of your day where you look after yourself. Today is no different. We are still going out walking and we are still aiming at instilling this habit. We are not there yet, but we are getting closer with each step. Keep going; you’ll be glad that you did.
Day Seven – 30 min power walk. Back to the power walk today. Make sure that your walking pace is faster than normal, but also make sure that you concentrate on your posture. Keep your body upright, head up, shoulders back. Enjoy the tranquility of the walk and stay in the present for the whole walk.
