Welcome back and day six is upon us already? Where does this time go? So how did you get on yesterday? Did you feel any different from day one? Hopefully you will be begining to feel some benefit from getting out and doing some exercise. I know that I am not going to turn you into an amazing athlete (at the moment!), but I hope that this 30 min of ‘me time’ is beginning to be of more importance to you.
Day Six – 30 min walk/power walk. Today I want you to mix it up a little. This is where you start to shock your body and make it keep guessing. I want you to mix between both walking and power walking for the 30 min, but do each for a min of 5 min at a time. By doing this, your body will not understand what it is doing (walking or power walking) so it has to keep on it’s toes (again, excuse the pun!). Keep an track of how long you walk for and how long you power walk for. You will be doing this workout again soon, so you need to keep track so that you can improve your time of power walking as you go.
