Well, hello there! Welcome back to the 30 Day Challenge and hello to day 5. Today is in a way back to square one. We are just going to walk, but I want you to try and feel if it is any different from day one?
There are times when we need to check to see if there are any differences in how we feel physically. So today, I want you to go out for a walk and guage how you feel. Do you feel better for doing power walking for the last 2 days? Do you feel better in yourself for walking for the past 4 days? Or, do you just feel good for being outside?
Day Five – 30 min walk. Concentrate on how you feel and try to compare (if you can) to how you felt on day one of this challenge. Still make sure that you take in your surroundings and enjoy the time that you are out.
