I seem to have surpassed myself with technology again! This was suppopsed to be scheduled to post on Sunday, but it didn’t happen, so my apologies.
Well, we are now on week six of the New Year and time seems to be flying. I am going to keep this one nice and short and straight to the point.
Keep on going with your challenge and I want you to make sure that you stick with your plans/goals. I am not going to add anything to the challenge profile; 5 seems to be a good round number to stick with. Hopefully your exercising is going well and you managed to change one of your workouts to something new. This week I want you to stick with the 5 from last week, so keep up with the fitness, your gratidute jar, being mindful, checking your goals and as with last week, I want you to try a new workout.
So, this week:
- Keep up with the 30 min of exercise.
- Write down what you have been grateful for this week and put it into your gratitude jar.
- Practise being mindful
- Check on your 2017 goals
- Change one of your workouts to something new.
