Welcome to 2017 and a Happy New Year to you all. As we start a new year we will be starting new challenges. Previously, I have put together two 30 Day Challenges. Well, here is another challenge, but this one is for the whole year. Yep, 365 Day Challenge. Every week, I will put a new phase to this challenge out there for you to use. There will be nothing too complicated, nor will it be too hard. It will however require dedication. Dedication from you and dedication from me.
So lets start of nice and easy. This week’s phase is simple:
Find yourself 30 min each day to go out and exercise. Whether you go out and walk, run, rollerblade it’s up to you. BUT, you must make time in your day to go out and complete some form of exercise for 30 min. This may be first thing in the morning, at lunchtime, or, in the evening. You need to find the time.
Your dedication this week is to a) Find 30 min for yourself each day, b) Use those 30 min to exercise.
