30 Day Challenge #2 – Day Twenty Five


Well, Day Twenty Five is here and it’s back to 30 min walk.  Take the time to relfect on what you have achieved so far during this challenge.  Think about all the positives that you have gained over the past 24 days and remember how you are now feeling with your new found gain in health.

You only have 5 days left of this challenge, but remember that it is not just about these 30 days.  It is about making small changes to your lifestyle that will make big changes to your health.

Enjoy your walk and prepare yourself for the final week of the challenge.
