30 Day Challenge #2 – Day Twenty Four

Welcome to Day Twenty Four. Today is back to some more running. However, there will be more recovery. Remember from the last run, keep the tempo so that you can complete the whole time for your run/jog.

Session as:

3 min Brisk Walk – Start off with a brisk walk. Walking faster than your normal daily walk pace.

2 min Jog/Run – Keep the tempo so you can jog/run for the whole 2 min.

2 min Brisk Walk – Reduce pace, but not too low.

4 min Jog/Run – As before, keep the tempo for the whole 4 min.

2 min Brisk Walk – Not too low now!

4 min Jog/Run – Tempo!

2 min Brisk Walk

4 min Jog/Run

1 min Brisk Walk

4 min Jog/Run

2 min Brisk Walk – Nice and relaxed to finish off.

 Well done, you have completed Day Twenty Four of this 30 Day Challenge.  That’s  520 min of ‘me time’
