30 Day Challenge #2 – Day Eighteen


Day Eighteen and we are back to 30 min walk; reflection time.

You have been on this road for 18 days now and you will undoubtedly had some ups and downs.  During your 30 min walk I want you to reflect on all the positives that you have gained from this journey.  If you reflect on the positives, it will make the journey seem worth it.  Positivity makes the mind more powerful.  The more powerful the mind, the more you can achieve.

Well done, that is Day Eighteen completed.  That means you have given yourself 540 min of ‘me time’

You are now well on your way to achieving the unthinkable
