30 Day Challenge #2 – Day Sixteen

Day 16

Welcome to Day Sixteen.

Sometimes, training is best when it is simple.ย  Today is back to cardio, but nice and simple.ย  You have 30 min in which to train.ย  The canvas is yours, paint whatever picture you want on it.ย  However, I will give you some guidlines as to how your picture is to be set.

  1. You must warm up.ย  You need to prepare your body for exercise, so ensure that you warm yourself up before you pound the streets.
  2. Make sure that you are hitting your cardio vascular system.ย  Even if you only walk, make sure that you bring up your heart rate and breathing so that it is working harder than normal.ย  Without this push, you will not grow.
  3. Enjoy it – Don’t try and thrash yourself and really hate what you are doing.ย  Enjoy the time, but make sure that it has some purpose to it.
  4. Cool down.ย  As with the warm up, you must ensure that you bring your body down to a more rested state.ย  Take the time to do this.ย  Don’t just stop exercising; bring it down gradually.

Congratulations, that is Day Sixteen completed.ย  Overall now, you have given yourself 480 min of ‘me time’.ย  You are definitely well on the way to achieving the unthinkable.
