30 Day Challenge #2 – Day Four


Sunday means one thing – Rest(ish) Day.

So, today’s challenge is nice and simple.  Take a 30 min walk.  Go out, enjoy the scenery and reflect.  Reflect on how you are now treating yourself to 30 min of ‘me time’ and bringing together a new healthier lifestyle.  Reflect on how good you feel.  Reflect on the beauty that surrounds you.  Reflect on the positives in your life.
