30 Day Challenge

Coming back again in Sep 2016.

This is the second 30 Day Challenge that I will be setting this year.  It will not be a cut and paste from the last one.  A whole new set of challenges aimed at all fitness levels.

The aim of the 30 Day Challenge is simple – improve your lifestyle through the medium of fitness.

So, enjoy your summer holiday season.  Relax, and prep yourself for September.  It’s going to be awesome and so will you.
