Wow, that week went quickly!  Here we are again, another 30 min training session that you can download and use at your leisure.  This is all about numbers.  Increasing and decreasing the reps and exercises as the circuit progressess.  Hang in with it – it’s worth it.  Please click on the link below to access and download the programme:
