Weekly Training #5


Well, another week has gone by, so it brings me to another post and another training session for you to download and complet (if you want to!)

This session is all about combining two exercises together.  Working 1 min (30 sec each) before moving onto the next set of two exercises.  Please click on the below link to download the programme:
