Another Sunday within this 30 Day Challenge means one thing, it’s a relaxing walk day. Woohoo, no exercises to do. Well, actually, there is. This exercise is the exercise of reflexion. Whilst out on your walk, I would like you to reflect on how far you have come in this journey of self love through the medium of exercise. Be mindful of what you have achieved and how you will continue to do so.
The main emphasis for this challenge for everyone who undertakes it to gain a respect for ‘me time’ and how important it is to take care of yourself. You only have one body; treat it well and you will thrive. So, today’s challenge is in itself simple, but it is an important reflective time of the challenge.
30 Day Challenge – Day Seventeen.
30 min brisk walk: Go out, enjoy the day and have a big smile on your face. You are well on your way to achieving the unthinkable 🙂
